Participants will have opportunities to engage through:

  • Virtual collective learning workshops featuring panel discussions on key topics such as departmental culture, recruitment and retention strategies, and climate and belonging.
  • Topical cohort series, where small groups will explore specific challenges in greater depth through facilitated discussions, peer exchange, and action planning.
